I am tempted to conclude that my first cheap PSU somhow has damaged my three MBs (actually 4), as now they all make this chirping noise. I have disconnected all other parts, w/o any difference. I now changed hte PSU a third time, for a different reason, and the noise came back with a venegeance. smoothScroll.easing is an object containing the predefined easing functions. smoothScroll.nativeSupported indicates whether or not the CSS scroll-behavior property is supported in the current browser. Now I changed the PSU, and it was reduced, but was sometimes present. smoothScroll.scrolling() returns true/false depending on whether or not there are current scrolling animations. I changed it to a ASUS M3A78-EM, and the noise disappeared. It got worse, and i ordered a new MB (same) and swapped it. After some weeks, it startet to make chirping screeching noises. When I upgraded, at first it was bliss, silent as one could get it. My old MB was also making noise from the MB itself, so it was time to change it. I have an low power AMD system, for low noise. I have alsom been plaged by such a problem. If this noise continues.I think I will die !!! I think it's the PSU or somewhere around the big pipe of the motherboard. I'm not sure it's the PSU.but when I put my ears in the case. I can hear this sound when i'm on Internet Explorer.when I the page with my mouse the noise stop! and I have the same problem!!Ĩ0% of the time. If anyone could shed some light on this I'd really appreciate it. I have looked over ever capacitor on my video card / mobo and all of them are fine as well. Has anyone ever heard of anything similiar to this ? I've done some reading around and every thread I find with people having similiar problems is just people saying "bad psu/vid card/etc." and saying to RMA it. I just want to make sure its not some error on my part before assuming that the PSU is bad. I also tried putting the video card on its own rail to reduce the stress on one rail. So far I have tried organizing all the cables since I originally thought it was just some crosstalk or interference.
